What are the restaurant opening hours?
The usual restaurant opening hours are as follows: breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., lunch from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and dinner from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. As these times may vary depending on the season or the hotel’s daily operations, we recommend confirming them at reception during your stay. Access to the restaurant may also be organised in shifts if necessary.

Are drinks included in my booking?
Drinks are not included with Half Board or Full Board, except for house wine and water for guests over 60 years old in hotels where this rate is available.
If you book an All-Inclusive stay, the drinks included will be detailed in the specific conditions of that plan, where available.

How can I book hotel parking?
You can add parking during the booking process on hotelesrh.com. To complete the request, you will need to provide your vehicle registration number.
Parking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. After this period, a €20 cancellation fee will apply. Vehicles must be removed from the car park before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
Electric scooters are not allowed inside the hotel, nor may they be charged or parked on the premises. Parking or charging them in the hotel’s outdoor areas is also not permitted.

Yes. You can complete your online check-in through the personal area on our website and prepare your arrival at the hotel in advance, helping you avoid unnecessary waiting at reception.
For individual bookings, groups of more than 4 rooms are not accepted. Bookings for stag or hen parties, celebrations or anniversaries are also not allowed. Individual bookings that are part of a group may be refused.

At Hoteles RH, rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, except at RH Murcia Centro, where check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. Whenever possible, we try to have rooms ready before 2:00 p.m.

Do I need to include children and babies in the booking?
Yes. Every guest staying at the hotel must be included in the booking, whether they are a baby, child or adult.
The hotel needs to know the total number of guests and their ages, as some room types do not allow an extra bed or cot. Children are considered as such up to and including 12 years old. From that age onwards, they are counted as adults.

Can I stay with my pet at Hoteles RH?
In general, pets are not allowed in our hotels, except at Estudios Vinaròs Playa.
At this property, a pet kit is provided, including a cage with mat, food bowl, water bowl, welcome treats and a map showing how to get to Playa Can in Vinaròs, Aiguaoliva.
The price is €15 per kit/day. If your pet weighs more than 15 kg, please check with the hotel in advance.
